Data we process

Account data: name, email address, company or property name and role.

Sign-in data: the public key of your passkey (the private key never reaches us) and a session identifier, which we only store as a hash.

Data entered by users: resources, bookings, guest details (name, party size, contact), house information and door codes. Door codes are stored encrypted.

Technical data: IP address and browser data to serve requests and protect against abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Purpose and legal basis

Providing the service: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Guest data

The host decides about guest data and is its controller; Stayfellow stores it on the host's behalf as a processor.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database and bot protection.

Resend: sending emails.

Retention

Account data is kept until the account is closed. Sessions expire after 7 days; sign-up and recovery links stop working when they expire.

Cookies

We only use cookies required for the service: sign-in session, passkey verification and language choice. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing: info@dendora.hu.

You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu).
